• All orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase.

• We accept approved payment methods listed at checkout.

• Prices are subject to change without notice due to flower availability and market pricing.

• All arrangements are custom-made and may vary slightly from photos shown.

• Flower types, shades, and containers may be substituted with equal or greater value due to seasonal availability.

• By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept creative discretion.

• All sales are final.

• Due to the perishable nature of flowers, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.

• If there is an issue with your order, you must notify us within 24 hours of pickup with clear photos.

• Orders may not be canceled once production has begun.

• Same-day and next-day orders are non-cancellable.

• Dream Bloom Co. is pickup only at this time.

• Customers are responsible for selecting and honoring their scheduled pickup date and time.

• Failure to pick up at the scheduled time may impact flower freshness.

• Orders not picked up within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup time may be discarded at our discretion with no refund.

• Once an order is picked up, proper care becomes the customer’s responsibility.

• We are not responsible for damage caused by heat exposure, lack of water, pets, or improper handling after pickup.

• A non-refundable deposit may be required for events and bulk orders.

• Final balances must be paid by the agreed-upon due date.

• Changes must be requested at least 7 days prior to the event date and are subject to approval.

• All photos, designs, logos, and content created by Dream Bloom Florals & Gifts remain our property.

• Images may not be reused for commercial purposes without written permission.

• Dream Bloom Co. is not liable for allergic reactions, misuse of products, or damages beyond the cost of the arrangement.

• Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the order.
