Do you offer delivery?

  • At this time, Dream Bloom Co. is pickup only. Pickup details will be provided after your order is confirmed.

Where are you located?

  • We operate as a pickup-based floral studio. The pickup address and instructions will be sent after your order is placed.

How far in advance should I place my order?

  • We recommend placing orders 3-4 days in advance. Same-day or next-day orders may be limited and are subject to availability.

Do you accept same-day orders?

  • Same-day orders are not guaranteed and depend on availability. There will be an emergency fee added on as well. Please message us before placing a same-day order.

Are your arrangements exactly like the photos?

  • Our designs are custom-made. While we keep the same style and color palette, flowers and containers may vary slightly due to seasonal availability.

Can I choose specific flowers?

  • You may request specific flowers, but availability is not guaranteed. We reserve the right to substitute with flowers of equal or greater value.

What if I need to cancel my order?

  • Orders cannot be canceled once production has begun. Same-day and next-day orders are non-cancellable.

Do you offer refunds or exchanges?

  • Due to the perishable nature of flowers, all sales are final. No refunds, returns, or exchanges.

What happens if I miss my pickup time?

  • Please arrive at your scheduled pickup time. Late pickups may affect flower freshness. Orders not picked up within 24 hours may be discarded with no refund.

How long will my flowers last?

  • Fresh flowers typically last 3–7 days with proper care. Longevity depends on flower type, environment, and care after pickup.

How do I care for my flowers?

  • Keep flowers in water

  • Store in a cool area

  • Avoid direct sunlight and heat

  • Trim stems every 1–2 days

Do you do event or bulk orders?

  • Yes! We offer floral services for events and large orders. A non-refundable deposit may be required. Please contact us in advance for availability.

Do you offer custom orders?

  • Yes! Custom orders are welcome. Please provide details, inspiration photos, and your budget when placing your order.

How can I contact you?

  • You can reach us via Instagram DM or the contact method listed on our website. Please allow 24–48 hours for responses.

Can I use your photos for my business or repost them?

  • All photos and designs belong to Dream Bloom Co. Reposting for personal use is welcome with credit. Commercial use is not permitted without written approval.
